Drug and Alcohol Policy

INAMER is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and contractors.

The consumption of alcohol and drugs produces effects on the body that cause alterations in physical and mental capacities, which greatly affect the safety, efficiency, and productivity of the worker.

Therefore, INAMER establishes a drug and alcohol policy based on the following guidelines:

• The use, introduction, possession, and distribution of drugs in our facilities is strictly prohibited for both our employees and contractors performing tasks on the premises.

• The use, introduction, possession, distribution, or being under the influence of alcohol in our facilities is strictly prohibited for both our employees and contractors performing tasks on the premises.

• Smoking is explicitly prohibited inside the facilities, especially in areas with explosive atmospheres, as well as inside service or cargo transport vehicles.

• Employees are prohibited from reporting to the company under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or from performing tasks under such conditions.

• We have a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol and drugs.
