Inamer Code of Ethics

INAMER establishes standards that must go beyond established legal requirements. Our company expects its entire team to comply with the legislation affecting our business and to act with honesty, impartiality, and integrity at all times. The code of ethics must be more than a set of rules; it is a declaration of principles that should serve as a guide for conduct.

The Code of Conduct shall apply to:

  • External collaborators, companies working for INAMER, and any natural or legal persons entering into commercial relationships with the company.

  • Respect for the exercise of the right to collective bargaining, the right to freedom of association, and the right to unionize.

  • Training plan tailored to the needs of the workers.

  • Implementation of and participation in occupational risk management.

Environment

  • Commitment to environmental protection, minimizing our impact to the greatest extent possible.
