Corporate Social Responsibility
Industria Algecireña de Reparaciones, S.L., hereinafter referred to as INAMER, understands Corporate Social Responsibility (hereinafter “CSR”) as the responsibility the Company bears for the impact of its activities on society.
To fulfill this responsibility, INAMER integrates social, environmental, ethical, human rights, and stakeholder concerns into its daily business operations and its relationships with them.
OBJECTIVES
Through its CSR policy, INAMER aims to contribute to the following objectives:
Developing its core business responsibly, placing people at the center of its purpose.
Respecting ethics, integrity, and professionalism in the Organization’s relationships with its Stakeholders.
Respecting the economic, social, and natural environment.
Creating employment and well-being as an economic driver for society.
This CSR policy aims to establish a reference framework that helps define and promote behaviors that generate value for all stakeholders (clients, employees, shareholders, suppliers, and society) within a culture of social responsibility that results in the development of a “Responsible Company.”
BASIC PRINCIPLES
One of INAMER’s objectives is to develop a different way of doing business through a model called the “Responsible Company,” based on the pursuit of profitability aligned with ethical principles, legal compliance, good practices, and the creation of long-term value for all stakeholders. This is configured as a global vision of INAMER’s operations.
This CSR policy aligns with INAMER’s Code of Ethics and Conduct, which establishes behavioral guidelines consistent with our core values. The principles governing the CSR policy are:

Transparency, as the ultimate standard for providing access to clear and accurate information.

Supporting the development of the societies where we operate through financial activity, as well as through social programs focused on education, financial education, entrepreneurship, and knowledge. Promoting individual or collective initiatives to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Defining and applying an Environmental Policy that includes, among others, the management of risks in this area, the progressive integration of environmental variables in product development, and the promotion of eco-efficiency alongside direct impact management.
Promoting actions against climate change, such as driving low-carbon financial solutions and transparency in emissions.
Suppliers
Enabling an agile and transparent communication channel to offer an identifiable and effective management model for the procurement of goods and services in accordance with the ethical, social, quality, and environmental requirements established by the company.
Guaranteeing a procedure based on objectivity, transparency, and non-discrimination, consistent with the principles set out in INAMER’s Code of Ethics.
Prevention of Illegal Conduct
Fostering compliance with legal obligations and avoiding conduct that is contrary to internal rules and policies or that could harm INAMER’s assets, image, or reputation.
Respect for Human Rights
Applying the Commitment to Human Rights, which includes respect for human rights in accordance with the International Bill of Human Rights, the United Nations Global Compact, and the principles of action and recommendations for business activities published by the United Nations, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and the International Labour Organization (ILO).
